You remain the author of your research. We provide statistical advice, analysis and explanations in line with your institution’s requirements. Our work helps you understand the methods and discuss your findings.

Inputs, access and changes

Clients must have authority to share information and grant access. Delayed or incomplete inputs may change the schedule. Additional work or revised requirements must be agreed rather than assumed to fall within the initial scope.

Delivery and confidentiality

File formats, ownership or permitted use of deliverables, confidentiality, retention and support arrangements are set out in the written engagement. No specific research outcome, grade or business result is guaranteed.
