HOW IT WORKS
Know what happens before you commit.
Every engagement starts with a review of the work required. The quote confirms deliverables, timing and price, along with your inputs and our responsibilities.

QUESTIONS
Before, during and after the work
What happens after I enquire?
We review your summary for suitability and identify any questions needed to scope the work. The enquiry itself does not commit you to a project.
How is scope agreed?
The written quote sets out the work, deliverables, timing, fee and responsibilities. We agree it with you before starting.
What if the requirements change?
We discuss the change, its effect on the fee and timing, and any additional work before proceeding. New data, questions or system features may need a revised quote.
What is included in revisions?
The quote specifies the review points and revision boundaries. Clarifying an agreed output differs from adding a new analysis or changing a workflow after approval.
When will you request project files?
After reviewing the enquiry, we identify the files needed for scoping or delivery and agree how to share them. Do not attach sensitive records to the initial message.
How are sensitive files handled?
We agree access, transfer and retention arrangements for the project. Remove identifying details wherever possible and share only what the work requires.
What happens after delivery?
You receive the agreed outputs and explanation. The quote defines follow-up questions, support and maintenance; ongoing systems support is scoped separately.
